Return Policy

At our luxury pre-owned watch boutique, we strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The watch must be returned in its complete original set, including all accessories, certificates, boxes, manuals, tags, and accompanying documents provided at the time of purchase.

• The watch must be returned in unused and unworn condition.

• The watch must not have been opened, altered, modified, resized, polished, or tampered with in any way.

• Any intervention by third parties, including unauthorized servicing or modifications, immediately voids the right of return.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused at our sole discretion.

Please note:

• Custom-made jewelry, bespoke pieces, and personalized products are excluded from exchange and return.

• Deposits and advance payments are binding and non-refundable.

• Reserved items and deposits will expire after four weeks if the purchase is not completed within this period.

We reserve the right to thoroughly inspect all returned items before approving a refund.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the 14-day return period before shipping the item back.
